The Freedom of Information Act 2014 requires FOI bodies to prepare and publish a scheme concerning the publication of information by those bodies outside of FOI.
The scheme has to be in accordance with the model publication scheme and guidelines provided by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (To read more on the model publication scheme click here).
