Procurement

The Review Board adheres to public service procurement policies and guidelines. Procurement competitions conducted by the Board are carried out in consultation with, and are subject to scrutiny by the Procurement Strategy Group of the Department of Justice.

In 2021 a contract for the provision of legal services to the Board was awarded to Fieldfisher LLP, following a tendering competition conducted via the Office of Government Procurement under its Framework for the Provision of Legal Services to Public Sector Bodies (excluding Central Government Departments) (PLIO10F).

The contract is for a period of one year, with a right to extend the term for a period of up to one year, with a maximum of three such extensions permitted.
