Section 11 of the Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2006 provides for the setting up of the Mental Health (Criminal Law) Review Board.
The Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2006 has been amended by the Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2010 which was brought into operation by order of the Minister for Justice and Law Reform on 8 February 2011.
